An Educaship persona (hereinafter, the Partner) is a legal entity, either an individual or organization, that takes part in undertakings with the Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Group) in order to share those risks and profits that are related to those undertakings.

The Partners may design and/or develop services that the Group delivers to its patrons and/or deliver those services using the Group's marketing channels.
