Integrated Career Supports (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the second lesson part of the Workforce Services lesson that introduces its participants to career services and related topics.

This lesson belongs to the Introduction to Careers session of EmployableU Concepts.

Integrated career support is the concept of career services that recognizes the added value of integration of various career endeavors into one comprehensive plan.
Many workforce service providers offer some career services, but don't offer significant others. For instance, many educational institutions offer educational services, but not employment placement other than internships. Other providers may offer the placement, but don't offer other types of assistance.
In some countries, supported employment is an example of the integrated support. In the United States, for instance, supported employment is an employment arrangement in which employees are people with disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, mental health, and traumatic brain injury, among others. The government agency assists with obtaining and maintaining employment, reimburses a part of employer's expenses, or, most likely, both.
WorldOpp Pipeline, which is the signature service that CNMCyber accommodates, is one example of the integrated career support that is open to everyone, not only people with special needs. It starts with career aptitude assessment and ends with the placement into a meaningful job.
