Coordinators' reports

• Gary: Committed to several endeavors as follows:
  1. CNMCyber Office Hours. Believes that last events were most successful and shall serve as prototypes. The participants shall request the events on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The scheduled events shall be posted at CNMCyber Meetup, they shall be recorded, and videos shall be published at YouTube. The missing parts are some scheduling tool and updates of the requirements.
  2. CNM Technology Board. Contacted Muhammad, mostly successfully, since he fixed some issues with existing CNM Proxmox and CNM Jitsi installations. For unknown reasons, though, Muhammad sounds like be reluctant to participate in meetings. If this is the case, will try to reach out to other contractors.
  3. Careerprise bizopp. Understands that the development of CNMCyber occurs slower than expected. Initially late-April was considered as optimistic and late-May as most-likely timing for recruitment campaign. However, it is already July and the timing is still not defined. On another hand, feels like learners should shift their focus on the deliverables rather than on the process. That prompts significant changes. Learning hours will be limited by, let say, a hundred or so and further the participants will be pushed to become contractors working on specific deliverables on fixed-price contracts. So, developed the list of those deliverables to expedite the development and re-orient the participants on results. Expects that the transition can be completed by July 19th. Is open to any number of meetings to discuss the details.
• Rita:

1. CNMCyber Office Hours, I had common hour with Gary on Tuesday about CNM Technology Board, it was unplanned. I also attended the CNM Technology Board meeting on Thursday last week, where I was got up to speed with the tools the board is trying to create to make it easy for users. I posted the script and I Kevin and I supposed to go through on how post the minutes but failed to meet up. So I did half work. Furthermore I joined Gary for [[CNM Technology Board] requirements and answered the questions that I had.
2. CNMCyber This Week as promised I made a slide for the CNMCyber This Week and it can be changed as different events come up. The challenge I had it was uploaded as a normal file yet I wanted to link it with CNMCyber This Week

• Erastus: I completed the welcome session certification on cert.cnmcyber.com. I went ahead and created the CNMCyber common hour wiki page for this week. I posted a comment about today's meeting at CNMCyber Meetup, along with a link to the meeting. Created a PowerPoint presentation with the meeting's date, time, and agendas. I had trouble figuring out how to host a meeting on Jitsi.
• Kevin: Facilitated Technology Board meeting where we discussed various topics and decided on creating spaces on CNMCyber.com to highlight the boards endeavors starting with streaming. Scheduled an event to this effect using CNM Social calendar. Set up a meeting with Rita to go over Technology board minutes development but it didn't actualize. We are yet to meet later in the week.
• Gracey: I had common hour with Gary on Thursday whre I got to learn more on website IA. From there I was to work more on Idea for Friends Of CNM. I want to continue on the path and work on the features of website IA for the Friends Of CNM page.
