What IT Office Is (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the third lesson part of the CNMCT Essentials lesson that introduces its participants to the CNM Cyber Team. This lesson belongs to the CNM Cyber Welcome Session.

- The CNM IT Office is the virtual place where the staffers of the CNM Cyber Team work. These staffers may or may not be experts at their field of professional interests. This Office is created to be the best place for someone who is interested in gaining valuable professional experience. When needed, the CNM Technology Board assigns a mentor to an inexperienced staffer of the Office.
- The hiring process of new staffers may look the opposite to the casual workplace. Usually, an employer identifies a vacancy and fills this vacancy in with an employee, whose credentials match or exceed the employer requirements.
