If we imagine that CNM apps are people and the CNM Cloud Foundation are a combination of their homes, we may treat WorldOpp Middleware as their municipal services such as mail delivery, local police, Internet broadband, public transportation, parking lots, etc.
Most notably, the Foundation features its distributed database and user management system.
The only exception is CNM Cabin, which, as a federated service, is powered by WorldOpp Middleware. WorldOpp Middleware include both end-user applications and those software applications that support other apps, not end-users. The Middleware is not commercial off-the-shelf (COTS). Its code is custom-written for CNM Cyber.

Soft behind CNM Apps is the successor lectio.
