Training Mosaics (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the lesson part of the Competency Suite Essentials lesson that introduces its participants to CNM Competency Suite. This lesson belongs to the CNM Cyber for Competence session of the CNM Cyber Orientation.

Script
- Any CNM Cyber service may be utilized in many ways. The Competency Suite is just a part of CNM Cyber and a bulk of training occurs outside of that Suite. For instance, any experience of working at CNM Lab or on any CNM app at CNM Farms must count.
- Whether you are earning work experience or any other educational credential at any CNM Cyber service, CNM Cert can be used to track your progress.
- CNM Cert can also be useful in facilitating a combination of various educational formats using the Training Mosaic Principle.
- No one can learn another language using just one method; one needs to talk to different conversational partners to speak another language well.
- Some people prefer learning new software while trying. The others may prefer having formal textbooks or other structured outlines. However, no one method would bring complete proficiency. Those who have obtained practical skills only may miss something important. Those who have gained theoretical knowledge may have hard times to apply.
- To address the complexity of training, some countries such as Germany develop the dual education concept. Its idea is that formal and hands-on training must complement each other.
- The Training Mosaic Principle uses a paradigm that is similar to dual education. It suggests that the best education shall come from multiple sources and in various ways. CNM Cyber can be instrumental in that approach to training.
