Recruiter Resources (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the second lesson part of the Recruiters' Essentials lesson that introduces its participants to employment and related topics.
This lesson belongs to the Introduction to Recruitment session of the CNM Cyber Orientation. The Orientation is the second stage of the WorldOpp Pipeline.

- Recruiters use various recruiter resources, both internal and external.
- Software systems are likely the default choice for searches at today's workplace; and internal systems are often utilized first. The corporate systems may be enterprise-wide or standalone.
- An ERP human resources module is a system for human resource management that is integrated into a larger enterprise management system. Normally, this module is built on enterprise resource planning software (ERP software) and features recruitment support.
- Those standalone systems that accommodate recruitment are known as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A few external resources can be used to search for potential candidates. Several Job-search websites such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor sell recruiter's access to their databases.
