Integrated Career Assistance (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the second lesson part of the Workforce Services lesson that introduces its participants to integrated career services and related topics.

This lesson belongs to the Introduction to Careers session of the CNM Cyber Orientation. The Orientation is the second stage of the WorldOpp Pipeline.

Integrated career assistance is the concept of career services that recognizes the added value of integration of various career endeavors into one comprehensive plan.
Many workforce service providers offer some career services, but don't offer significant others. For instance, many educational institutions offer educational services, but not employment placement other than internships. Other providers may offer the placement, but don't offer other types of assistance.
In some countries, supported employment is an example of the integrated assistance. In the United States, for instance, supported employment is an employment arrangement in which employees are people with disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, mental health, and traumatic brain injury, among others.
