Enterprise KSAs (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the second lesson part of the Sought Competences lesson that introduces its participants to employee competences and related topics.
This lesson belongs to the Introduction to Recruitment session of the CNM Cyber Orientation. The Orientation is the second stage of the WorldOpp Pipeline.

- Enterprise KSAs have the same meaning as enterprise competence. The terms that are used to indicate enterprise competence include organizational skills and conceptual skills.
- As a part of administrative competence, enterprise competence refers to the aggregate of those knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed to undertake enterprise efforts as well as to work in and with enterprises. That competence includes one's capacity to navigate organizations and bureaucracies, plan resources, research for and execute regulatory compliance, etc.
