Educaship Odoo

CNM Enterpriseware (hereinafter, the App) is the CNM knowledge app that supports CNM Portal. The App is both:

• Enterprise resource planning software, which not only enables enterprise operations, but also empowers business intelligence and particularly includes customer relationship management software and help-desk software; and
• A CNM app, which is a part of the CNM Cloud.

The App includes a website, which officially represents Friends Of CNM in the World Wide Web, and is available as a service of the CNM Cloud at portal.ksacerts.com

Technical characteristics

Roles

• Not members of Careerprise Team:
  1. NetAnyone. Any user of World Wide Web.
  2. CertCustomer. A customer who has made at least one purchase from Friends Of CNM.
• Potential and temporary members of Careerprise Team:
  1. CertCandidate. A temporary candidate who is considered to be promoted to CertFellow.
  2. FellowCandidate. An employee of Friends Of CNM.
  3. PartnerCandidate. A Careerprise partner.
  4. VendorCandidate. A Careerprise vendor.
• Those permanent members of Careerprise Team, who don't work on CNM Cloud Project:
  1. CertFellow. An employee of Friends Of CNM.
  2. CertPartner. A Careerprise partner.
  3. CertVendor. A Careerprise vendor.
  4. CertBureaucrat. An administrative employee, but not yet an CertAdmin, of Friends Of CNM.
  5. CertAdmin. An administrator of Friends Of CNM.
• Those permanent members of Careerprise Team, who work on CNM Cloud Project:
  1. SysAssociate.
  2. SysBureaucrat.
  3. SysAdmin.

Business functions

CertAdmin stories

In addition to CertBureaucrat's functions, any CertAdmin shall be able to:

1. Read, delete/create, and edit:
   • Assignments for business, technical and top administration.
   • Corporate diary and calendar.
   • Customer profile notes.
2. Read only:
   • Information on progress of different projects.
   • Financial statements.
   • CertFellow's and CertCandidate's time logs.
   • List of employees, vendors and partners.
   • Customer's feedbacks.

Security passwords.

1. • Access to the job portal (Jobs available, jobs done, etc.)

Access to the courses on the platform.

Architecture

The App is an Odoo instance with several added apps that is run on the CNM Cloud Platform. The added apps include:

1. Help-desk app;
2. Recruitment app.
