- The CNM Cyber Welcome Session is the course that has been created to introduce you to the Career Network Ministry (CNM), CNM Cyber Team, and CNM Cyber Orientation.
- At CNM Cyber, any session is made up of lessons. You are at the first lesson, which is called Session Essentials.
- Each lesson contains several parts. At CNM Cyber, these parts are called lectios. Each lectio consists of one presentation and one question, either a quiz or a survey.
- You have just started the second lectio of the first lesson. This lectio is called What the Session Is.
- In order to complete the Session, you need to take seven one-question surveys and three one-question quizzes. You have already completed one survey question prior to this lectio. As a friendly reminder, you answered "Yes" to the question whether you are ready to move forward.
- The quizzes may contain multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-blank questions. The number of attempts to pass the quizzes is unlimited. Everyone is going to pass, but not everyone is going to pass fast.
- To obtain your access to CNM Cyber services, you would need to complete about one hundred of lectios. Plan on setting aside at least sixteen hours for that.
- Lighter versions of this Session are published at CNM Page and CNM Tube. They deliver the same learning content, but lack any questions and are faster to review. If you plan to be neither a user of CNM Cyber nor a member of the CNM Cyber Workforce, you are encouraged to skip this very Session and use its lighter versions.
- You may believe that you need that very course, but need to crash its schedule. Or you may not feel like comfortable to take this Session on your own. If that is a case, our tutor partners are available for hire at any price level. At the same token, the Career Network Ministry (CNM) is a volunteer-driven group; as all of its services, this Welcome Session is brought to you free of charge.
- There is no time limit to complete the Session, but the current status of your user account is temporary. Its lifetime cannot exceed 6 months. Your account shall become permanent when you complete the CNM Cyber Orientation. Your current account shall be closed, if it doesn't happen within that time frame. Of course, the number of accounts you can open is unlimited.
- The Session, so does the following Orientation, contains a few definitions. You can wait until they will be explained during the courses or look up as you go. That is why we publish numerous links. Complete contents of all the lectios, as well as all the exam and survey questions, are published at CNM Wiki as well. CNM Tube is another service that can be helpful; it publishes video versions of the lectios.
- Finally, you can find a few repetitions in those courses. They are published at many resources and are open to the general public. While repeating, we would like to treat new comers well. We just do our best while balancing diverse audiences.
What CNMCT Is is the successor lectio.
