Recruiters use various recruiter tools, both internal and external.
If any search is needed, software systems are likely the default choice at today's workplace; and internal systems are often utilized first. The corporate systems may be enterprise-wide or standalone.
An ERP human resources module is a system for human resource management that is integrated into a larger enterprise management system. Normally, this module is built on enterprise resource planning software (ERP software) and features recruitment support.
Those standalone systems that accommodate recruitment are known as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
A few external tools can be used to search for potential candidates. Several Job-search websites such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor sell recruiter's access to their databases.

Recruitment Fees is the successor lectio.
