WorldOpp for the Vulnerable (hereinafter, the Project) is the project of WorldOpp tailored to the needs of vulnerable communities worldwide.
Contents
Objectives
- Helping anyone in war zones, at-risk areas, and economically-hurt regions to get employed.
- Helping entrepreneurs to hire representatives of vulnerable communities.
- Helping anyone for whom to find income is a significant challenge.
Target audiences
Target participants
- Those who are willing to go to a college to earn a 4-year or higher degree are proven to be the best target audience. Other target audiences are yet to be identified. Possibly, they include:
- Physically and/or mentally disabled;
- Crime and/or violence survivors;
- Orphans, widows, or widowers;
- Home-stay caregivers;
- Unemployed or underemployed in war zones, at-risk areas, and economically-hurt regions;
- Anyone for whom to secure long-term and meaningful income is a challenge.
Target countries
- The following Low-income economies are considered as preferred countries to launch and/or expand the Project:
- Most desired countries: Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uzbekistan, Malawi, Uganda, Ghana
- Possible countries: Zambia, The Gambia, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Sierra Leone, Liberia
- The country's population size, unemployment rate, Internet penetration, average income, and usage of English or Russian have been used in order to rank.
Granted resources
Entrepreneurial education, hands-on training, stipends, laptops, and startup funding are available for the Project participants at absolutely no cost.
Entrepreneurial education

- Septem Artes Administrativi is an introductory course for current and/or aspiring entrepreneurs.
Hands-on training
- CNM Wiki is wikiware, one of which objectives is accommodating hands-on training for the Project's participants.
Stipends
- A limited number of stipends, but at least 7, each is about $70 a month in the local currency is usually paid through PayPal.
Laptops
- A limited number of used laptops is available for the Project participants.
