Simple structure

Simple structure (hereinafter, the Structure) is a workforce arrangement model characterized by a low degree of departmentalization, wide spans of control, authority centralized in a single person, and little formalization.

According to Management by Robbins and Coulter (14th edition),
- Simple structure. An organizational structure with little departmentalization, wide spans of control, centralized authority, and little formalization.
