With regard to the scope of career services, CNM Cyber can deliver simply everything. Just few examples include career administration, career project support, competence assessment, education, learning activities, and professional credentials.
Based on the service provider, CNM Cyber services can be divided in two categories. Using its own volunteers and/or technology, the CNM Cyber Team delivers in-house services.
On the other hand, the CNM Cyber Team is teaming up with various partners to add new services. WorldOpp Fellowship is one of those new services; this Fellowship includes employment placement. The fellows start operating at the CNM Cyber's technology and continue at the sites of their new employers.
Thus, the categories of services are in-house ones, those that delivered by the Team, usually on premises, and out-team ones, which are delivered by Careerprise partners.
Based on the delivery model, three groups of in-house services can be identified. You are welcome to pick any, any combination, or all of them.
CNM Cyber volunteers deliver the first group of in-house services one-on-one, in person, as mentors and consultants.
The second group is delivered by volunteers as well, but not one-on-one, but in groups, synchronously, routinely via CNM Cert or CNM Talk. These services are CNM Cyber events.
The asynchronous services that are automatically delivered by CNM Cyber suites compose the third and final group. These services are powered exclusively by the software that the CNM Cyber Team manages. The goal of software-powered services is to provide you with all the information and instruments you might need in your career journey.
