CNMC DevOps Administrator
Friends Of CNM DevOps Administrator (hereinafter, the Administrator) is an independent contractor for WorldOpp Fellow Team (hereinafter, the Team) who virtually and/or onsite administers operations of WorldOpp development (hereinafter, the Dev).

The Team is launching two types of free events: (a) CNM standups and (b) roundtables.
Standups
- Main wikipage: CNM standup
- The Team targets anything from bi-daily to daily CNM standups a month; all of them shall be offered free to the participants. The target audience is learners of Opplet incubators and everyone else who might join through a meetup group posting.
Roundtables
- Main wikipage: Worldopp roundtable
- Any part of Friends Of CNM may initiate Worldopp roundtables, which are community discussions, especially as a part of active learning techniques. The target audience is any part of CNM Community Board, WorldOpp Fellow Team, and/or Opplet incubators.

Job description
- The Administrator:
- Drafts the Dev strategy, including:
- Collects strategic ideas from the Team's members;
- Analyzes the collected information and incorporates into strategic plans;
- Submits the strategic plans to Friends Of CNM for their approval or critique and follows up;
- Organizes the Dev, including but not limited to:
- Creates guidelines for the Dev;
- Serves as an event host assistant for CNM standups and WorldOpp roundtables;
- Manages public relations, including but not limited to:
- Serving as a point of contact for the public;
- Posting all related information to this CNM Wiki;
- Exercises any other legal and ethical duties in order to achieve Expected outcomes.

- Two meetup groups are planned to be used:
- Own Tech Events for Managers and Entrepreneurs;
- Partner CNM meetup group at meetup.com/mbc-cnm
Compliance
- Main wikipage: Careerprise partner
- Any Administrator shall comply with laws and policies of Friends Of CNM stated at Careerprise partner.
Hiring
Qualifications
- The Administrator shall possess or be able to possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent listening, proactive research, and learning capacity;
- Knowledge of the DADI and ability to apply it;
- Good English speaking and writing skills;
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in written formats especially demonstrated on the CNM Wiki;
- Willingness to jump to where ever is needed.
Selection
- The successful candidate will be:
- Initially selected on the basis of his or her ability to introduce himself or herself on this CNM Wiki until the selection quiz is created;
- Substantively selected on the basis of his or her answer to the key selection question, What would you do first if hired?, and knowledge of this wikipage;
- Contingently selected on the basis of his or her qualifying performance.
Onboarding
- With regard to:
- Administrative KSAs, the successful candidate should be gradually onboarded through Careerprise Orientation, WorldOpp Placement Seminar, and Septem Artes Administrativi;
- Event announcements, the successful candidate should join the Tech Events for Managers and Entrepreneurs meetup group and notify Gary Ihar, who would promote him or her to an event organizer role.
Development
The Administrator's role needs to be clarified and further developed. The ideas for that development are expressed in the Roadmap.

- The following roadmap is proposed in order to develop this role:
- To launch CNM standups and WorldOpp roundtables in order to:
- Facilitate the further development, especially wiki-materials;
- Develop the strategy and guidelines for the Dev;
- To capture the development, including to:
- Record the live sessions;
- Publish the recorded sessions on YouTube;
- Identify the way of posting links to the recorded sessions on the wiki.
