CNM Labware
CNM Productware (hereinafter, the App) is the CNM app that empowers Fixett. The App is both:
- Project management software, which enables development work and particularly includes help-desk software;
- Configuration management software, which enables versioning and revision control; and
- A service of the CNM Cloud at a classified URL through a PKI access. The App is one of CNM apps.
Architecture
The App is a Redmine instance with an added help-desk plugin that is run on the CNM Cloud Platform. Fixett served as a prototype.
