In this meeting we will talk about wiki page developments and welcome session and CNMCyber technology.
Coordinator's report
- Gary: Held office hours with partial recordings on Thursday and Tuesday. If to assume that the events were effective, they weren't efficient. Next week, will consider their re-formatting, at least, adding wiki-pages to improve record capturing. Thought about offering the learners contract work where SOPs are available. Contributed some time to work with a MediaWiki/LDAP contractor. Because of Sonya's absence and Kevin's withdrawal from coordinator's activities, couldn't work on Jitsi, LDAP, and Proxmox.
- Kevin: Attended office hour both on Thursday and Tuesday. We discussed technology board meetings standing procedure and I was able to schedule my first technology board meeting. We also developed CNMCyber.com idea further and created information architecture page
- Sonya I didn't have the opportunity to do much this week, I just continued adding scripts to the Category:CNM Technology Board and edited CNMCyber Welcome Agenda script to match what we discussed in our trial Welcome session. About plans for the next week, I want to talk Gary. Gary, I will write to you after this meeting
- Rita This week I tried to work on SOP for CNMCyber This Week , I just made little additions, same with Welcome Session script. Then I made CNMCyber office hour page since it is an event. I created it this evening therefore I will continue to work on it next week. I also attended office hour on Tuesday.
- Gracey: This week I attended attended office hour for Tuesday. I worked on idea and persona for Friends Of CNM.
