WorldOpp joint venture

Any WorldOpp joint venture (alternatively known as WorldOpp JV or WOJV; hereinafter, WOJV) is a joint venture created by two parties, one of which is Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Alliance) and another (hereinafter, the Host) is some legal entity, which does not consider recruitment as its core business. Any WOJV is characterized by shared ownership, shared returns and risks, and shared governance.

Purpose

WOJV can be created because of one or more reasons as follows:

1. To access new markets. Most likely, the Alliance would like to:
   • Access potential recruits using WOJV; AND
   • Offer the Host to access potential customers in the Washington DC metro area.
2. To gain scale efficiencies by combining assets and operations.
3. To share risk for major investments or projects.
4. To access each other's competencies.
