What CNM Agile Is (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the lesson part of the Digital Transformations lesson that introduces its participants to the development of CNMCyber. This lesson belongs to the CNMC for Experience session of EmployableU Concepts.

Content

The predecessor lectio is CNMCyber Projects.

Script

To work on CNMCyber, CNMCyber Team has developed its own CNM Agile framework. Any Agile methodology is based on development of deliverable increments in frequent iterations based on evolving requirements.
CNM Agile is adjusted to take into consideration the volunteer involvement and virtual nature of the CNMCyber Workforce. This framework features virtual CNMCyber standups, heavy documentation and usage of development hubs.

Key terms

CNM Agile

Closing

Are you familiar with Agile methodology?---Yes/No/I'm not sure

What the DevOps Is is the successor lectio.
