A CNM standup (hereinafter, the Standup) is any WorldOpp event that is a stand-up meeting (or simply standup) of Friends Of CNM in which attendees typically participate while standing. The discomfort of standing for long periods is intended to keep the Standups short.
Typical agenda
By default, any Standup consists of three parts:
# Description Duration 1 - Q&A session for new attendees related to the introductory presentation of Friends Of CNM;
- If there is a room, the session extends to any question related to WorldOpp Project.
15 minutes 2 - One by one, WorldOpp Fellow Candidates and WorldOpp Lead Candidates answer two questions related to WorldOpp Project:
- What obstacles are impeding my progress?
- (Looking at the board from right to left) What has progressed?
15 minutes 3 - Session of WorldOpp Placement.
30 minutes
All of the presentations are pre-recorded and supposed to be viewed by the attendees before they arrive.
Requirements
The Startup shall satisfy requirements as follows:
- Newbies shall be able to see how the team operates and ask questions first-hand.
- Team members shall be able to report their progress and hear from the others.
- The team lead shall be able to know the obstacles in order to work on those.
