Learning content delivery is probably the most recognizable of educational methods. This method is based on direct delivery of learning content.
For instance, these very lines of this very lectio of this very session that you are reading or listening right now are examples of narrated instruction.
Reading or listening would represent storytelling. Storytelling is based on telling stories related to the subject of learning. These very lines are a written form of a story.
Lecturing is another form of narrated instruction. Lecturing usually occur in a more formal setting and may be accompanied with some visual presentation.
Demonstrating may or may not include narrated instruction, but is a type of learning content delivery as well. Many "how-to" videos on YouTube, for instance, represent demonstrating.
Job shadowing is an example of the learning content delivery that is specific to the onboarding. During the shadowing, a current employee (a) demonstrates the routine behavior in the workplace to a newly-hired or employment candidate, (b) provides his or her first-hand explanation of that behavior, and (c) answers questions related to that demonstration. The shadowing aims to provide the learner or learners with sufficient insight of the work.
CNM Cert, Page, and Wiki are primary, but not the only, tools for the content delivery within CNM Cyber.
