With regard to the scope of career services, CNMCyber can deliver simply everything. Just few examples include career administration, career project support, competence assessment, education, learning activities, and professional credentials.
Based on the service provider, CNMCyber services can be divided in two categories. Those services that CNMCyber Team delivers using its own volunteers and/or technology belong to in-house services.
Another category is out-team services. CNMCyber Team is teaming up with Educaship partners to add new services. WorldOpp Fellowship is one of those new services; this Fellowship includes employment placement. The fellows start operating at the CNMCyber's technology and continue at the sites of their new employers.
Based on the delivery model, three groups of in-house services can be identified. You are welcome to pick any, any combination, or all of them.
CNMCyber volunteers deliver the first group of in-house services one-on-one, in person, as mentors and consultants.
The second group is delivered by volunteers as well, but not one-on-one, but in groups, synchronously, routinely via CNM Cert or CNM Talk. These services are CNMCyber events.
The asynchronous services that are automatically delivered by CNMCyber suites compose the third and final group. These services are powered exclusively by the software that CNMCyber Team manages. The goal of software-powered services is to provide you with all the information and instruments you might need in your career journey.
