WorldOpp Employment

WorldOpp Employment (alternatively known as WorldOpp apprenticeship and WorldOpp Fellowship; hereinafter, the Employment) is the process in which graduates from WorldOpp Bootcamp start out as apprentices working part-time for WorldOpp Fellow Staff, later become full-time employees, and finally move to independent work for their own companies and/or other employers.

WorldOpp Pipeline

The Employment is the final stage of WorldOpp Pipeline.

In addition, you will be supported administratively, financially, legally, managerially, and technologically as long as you are in the program.

What is a combination of training and work?

It depends on many factors. The combination of formal training and work for WorldOpp fellows can be expressed by the following table:
