CNMCyber Onboarding (historically, also known as CNMCyber Welcome) is a process created to integrate a CNMCyber volunteer into CNMCyber Team and its culture.

Target audiences
- Primary audience: Those who are on the job market, are going to be, or would like to be.
- Secondary audience: Those who would like to volunteer and/or get work experience in the industry of their choice. CNMCyber services are not limited to the information technology industry.
Purposes
- The Session will serve the sole purpose of taking through first time visitors what CNMCyber is all about.
- The target audiences (those who are on the job market, are going to be, or would like to be, as well as those who would like to volunteer for the Team and/or get work experience in the industry of their choice) shall get an opportunity to:
- Review offers of the Team; and
- If they are interested in, get started with WorldOpp Orientation.
- CNMCyber Team shall get another opportunity to:
- Further improve the Seminar, WorldOpp Orientation, and, possibly, EmployableU Concepts, based on the attendees' feedback.
- Recruit new members of the Team.
- Serve the (a) primary audience (those who are on the job market, are going to be, or would like to be) and (b) secondary audience (those who would like to volunteer and/or get work experience in the industry of their choice);
- The target audiences (those who are on the job market, are going to be, or would like to be, as well as those who would like to volunteer for the Team and/or get work experience in the industry of their choice) shall get an opportunity to:

Careerprise

We at CNMCyber Team develop a collection of career services called Careerprise.
Our career consultants and mentors offer career development and social support in person, mainly, one on one.
If you decide to use Careerprise to its fullest, we at Careerprise will introduce you to those things that make you employable, assess your current credentials, identify your potentials, and help to land your next meaningful job. You are welcome to use all of CNMCyber services or just few of them.
Careerprise can also be used to get professional experience in any industry that you may choose.
All the services are free of charge and are offered or can be offered online to accommodate users at any location. To get started, go to cnmcyber.com

- The Seminar is accepted when all deliverables from the Actionable items have been delivered.

- To organize the Seminar, any organizer must successfully complete a prototype, "dry run" event with members of CNMCyber Team as the audience.

Standing Operating Procedures
- Introduction of self and share CNMCyber Welcome Session
- Courses offered at CNMCyber
- During the meeting, the host can welcome the guest and inquire about how they got know about the meeting
- The host cannot ask for the names nor reveal the identity of the guest for security purposes and some meetings are recorded
- Host can get an email address from the guest if the guest is really interested in joining CNMCyber Team
