WorldOpp Fellow Team (hereinafter, the Department) is the executive department of Friends Of CNM. The Department consists of its staffers or individuals employed by one of CNM corporate friends to support the Career Network Ministry and its services. The Department also:


Objectives

The Department:

  • Administers day-by-day operations of the Friends Of CNM, including:
    1. Procures services of third-party vendors primarily for development operations (DevOps) for CNM's information technology called CNM Cloud (hereinafter, the Tech);
    2. Manages relationships with those vendors that offer their services to CNM's patrons;
    3. Directs, supports, and controls Opplet incubators;
  • Leads public relations of Friends Of CNM. Particularly,
    1. Edits the FriendsOfCNM.com website;
    2. Directs newsletters to its Team and Group members;
    3. Updates those parts of the CNM Wiki that are related to Friends Of CNM;
  • Sources and screens new Department and Group members;
  • Onboards new Department and Group members. Particularly,
    1. Administers those courses at CNM Campus that are related to their onboarding;
    2. Facilitates periodic informational sessions that are designed for new and current Department and Group members;
  • Manages CNM ERP including accounting for Friends Of CNM.

Workforce

Staffers and contractors

Friends Of CNM is hiring its:
  1. Friends Of CNM Chief Executive Officer to discover, analyze, design, and implement its activities;
And three contractors:
  1. Friends Of CNM Event Administrator to administer public events of Friends Of CNM;
  2. Friends Of CNM DevOps Administrator to administer operations of WorldOpp development;
  3. Friends Of CNM Outreach Administrator to administer two outreach meetup groups of Friends Of CNM.

Workforce strategy

One of the essential objectives for the executive officer-to-be-hired is creating the base for the three contractors to be eventually hired as employees.
