Service configuration management practice
Service configuration management practice (hereinafter, the Practice) is the practice to ensure that accurate and reliable information about the configuration of services, and the configuration items that support them, is available when and where needed. The Practice relates to configuration and service management. This Practice is a part of the ITIL practices.
