Coordinator's reports

• Gary: Wrapped up the first sprint of Website Developer Bootcamp. Overall, the meeting experience was great; scheduled "Office Hour" instead. Is planning to show up 4 times a week and respond to anyone's questions. Met:
  1. Kevin and a wiki-contract candidate. The candidate indicated that he cannot meet our expectations, so the talk was neither long nor productive, but important as Kevin's first experience.
  2. Rita. She published the first draft of our welcome video. It is great as the first draft, but surely needs some improvements.
  3. Sonya and Natalia. Discussed issues with CNM Jitsi, CNM Tube, OBS Studio, Educaship Proxmox, etc., as well as future of CNM Technology Board meetings, since they need to be moved into English.
  4. Kevin (separately). Discussed a future recruitment campaign in Kenia. Kevin produced a great document, by the way, as well as all the others.
• Sonya: I continued to work on the subtitles, and so far I have only two finished videos; I wrote the instruction on how to stream, tried to write an instruction on how to develop websites, how to be a developer; I asked questions to the experts on the Upwork, I got some answers, but further I need help from Natalia, so I also communicated with her; and start working on the CNM Technology Board page, but it still needs editing.
• Kevin: Exchanged words with aspiring Media Wiki experts and held an interview. This endeavor is still ongoing since our number one candidate did not meet our expectations. Worked on the CNMCyber.com Home with Erastus, he shared how to create columns using colbegin and colend code on wiki. For the coming week, this is my selected project (CNMCyber.com Home). With Gary's approval we (I and Erastus) plan to deliver the landing page layout and text. I also have a request for Gary, as a temporary solution; to give separate Wiki accounts to Erastus and Rwitto for better collaboration.
• Rita:The welcome video was finally uploaded on https://tube.cnmcyber.com/v/76?channelName=_6455530663c78 . Furthermore I attended the CNMCyber website developer bootcamp where I took on a project to develop SEO page, tools and still working on strategies.What I will work on next week is finish the strategies and start on Error 404 page. Now that the bootcamp has ended, when can we have the welcome session?
• Rwitto: I attended the website developer bootcamp meetings, went through the website developer page and I'm working on editing and simplifying the page as a team with Mark and Grace. I worked on the What Devs Do and Produce sessions. Looking forward to working on the remaining sessions and eventually come up with a complete page. • Gracey: For the past two weeks been undergoing the boot camp directed by Gary. This week I went through the website developer page, together with Rwito and Mark, we decided to try and simplify it, I worked on the how it works part. • Mark: I worked on the website developer page, edited the introductory bit, Who is a CNMCyber Website Developer, career Objectives and about the position.
