CNMCyber Guided Tours (hereinafter, the Event) is a series of CNMCyber events organized by one or more CNM Event Organizers (hereinafter, the Host) in order to:
- Present a set of CNMCyber Usable technologies that supports CNMCyber;
- Discuss the Opplet for technology development and sale of career services.
The Event can also be used to attract people's interest in the Opplet who can become buyers of CNMCyber services later. Unless the Event is Invitation-only, CNMCyber Meetup and CNMCyber.com group serve as primary Communication channels (hereinafter, the Channels).
A similar series of meetings CNM Technology Board.

Product specification
Purpose
The purpose of the Event is to:
- attract potential buyers of CNMCyber services;
- recruitment;
- internal CNM Cloud Project and CNMCyber services development.
Participants
- Participants of the Event are сurrent CNMCyber Team and curious people or potential buyers who came from meetup group. By default, the Host is a confirmed participant of any Event. Personally, the Host may identify, contact, and confirm those participants that would be specially invited to the Event.

Participants' needs
- Any participant (the Buyer, potential and/or actual CNMCyber Team worker, CNM Event Organizer, etc.) needs to be able to:
- Know when the Events occur and how he or she can participate in those;
- Be introduced to as much information as possible prior to the Event the interested individual decides to participate in;
- Ask qualified questions and get answers first-hand;
- Review minutes and other documents if the interested individual misses the Event.
CNMCyber Team worker's needs
- Any CNMCyber Team worker needs to be able to:
- Present their report about technology and discuss any issues related to your own and other people's reports;
- Discuss any problems and administrative issues on technology;
- Contribute to solutions for those technologies that have been discussed.
The potential Buyer's needs
- The potential Buyer needs to be able to:
- Understand what CNMCyber is and what we can offer.

- If you just would like to listen - welcome for free. If you would like a copy of one of our technologies to study and practice - it will cost at least 25$. If you can pay more, you will get a personal consultation with our specialist.

- To organize the event before it starts, you need to:
- Find this and CNMCyber Guided Tours pages;
- Agree on a topic and speaker with Gary;
- Create the meeting on Educaship Jitsi. URL should look like is jitsi.cnmcyber.com/cnm-[COTS product] such as jitsi.cnmcyber.com/cnm-wordpress (CNM Jitsi working now at the link https://jitsi.bskol.com/) and add this to the event on Meetup. There may be problems with Educaship Jitsi, so you should have more than 1 alternative video conferencing platform, preferably one internal and one external such as Zoom or Google meet;
- Create the page of this meeting on wiki. It includes a short description of the meeting subject and links to predecessor and successor events, and to Category:CNMCyber_Guided_Tours;
- Invite other coordinators and the speaker to join the meeting.
- During the meeting you need to:
- Be not only a participant but also the host of the event, it include:
- connect to the meeting at least 5 minutes before it begins;
- switch on the recording of the meeting in Educaship Jitsi and in a second another program (read more below Record);
- welcome participants;
- let participants know that the meeting is being recorded;
- familiarize participants with the sample schedule;
- introduce participants;
- announce the current sections of the meeting;
- close the meeting;
