Friends Of CNM Cloud Administrator (hereinafter, the Administrator) is a WorldOpp fellow working at WorldOpp Fellow Staff of Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Group) who virtually and/or onsite administers CNM Cloud Project (hereinafter, the Project) and owns CNM Infrastructure.
If the position is open and no WorldOpp fellow is available to fill it in, the Group may consider hiring an independent contractor instead of a WorldOpp fellow. The closest occupation at O*Net Online is Information Technology Project Manager.
Duties
Using CNM Wiki, the Administrator:
- Drafts general CNM Cloud requirements including the details of the procurement process and requests Gary Ihar to approve the developed CNM Cloud requirements.
- Details business requirements for CNM Wiki, CNM Certs, Fixett, Opplet, and other parts of CNM Cloud included into the embryo phase of the Project, as well as requests Gary Ihar to approve the detailed business requirements.
- Drafts solution requirements that are specific to the target software after the business requirements are approved and requests Gary Ihar to approve the developed solution requirements.
- Organizes procurement of software after the CNM Cloud requirements and those solution requirements that are related to the specific software are approved. That duty includes:
- Developing the procurement process that shall utilize Fixett as the place of transfer of the developed software from the vendors to Friends Of CNM;
- Sourcing, selecting, and onboarding of vendors;
- Solving emerging problems and arranging the negotiated payments.
- Develops those wikipages at CNM Wiki that clarify those solution requirements that are directly related to CNM Cloud.
