CNM Linkup (previously known as CNM CRM and CNM Linkups; hereinafter, the Linkup) is the standalone customer relationship management system of the Career Network Ministry (CNM). The Linkup is the service of CNM Digital that allows for collecting, categorizing, grooming, and sharing of current and prospective customers' data.
The CNM Digital Team designs and the Friends Of CNM delivers the Linkup to its users at absolutely no cost. This service is not available to the general public; only those users who have obtained the CertAssociate role can privately access only their own sections. Those users who have obtained the CertFellow roles can access only data that CertAssociates choose to share with them. CertFellows can also manage the contact information that is shared throughout the Service.
Purposes
Two purposes of the Linkup are:
- To support relationships of the Service patrons with their prospective employers and job-market intermediaries; and
- To extend customer information available to the WorldOpp Fellow Staff for its work with its stakeholders. The staffers use another customer relationship system, the one that belongs to CNM Venture, to manage their relationships with them.
