The development of CNM Cyber occurs in two development hubs. CNM Wiki is the open hub that is used to develop product epics, epic stories, user stories, and other requirements. The CNM Cyber Team makes all of those documents open to the general public to solicit better feedback.
The private hub, CNM Lab, is used to develop viable software and the services that that software powers.
To perform, the CNM Cyber Team has developed its own CNM Agile framework. This is the version of Agile methodology that is adjusted to the team's needs.

What Requirements Are is the successor lectio.
