CNM Digital (hereinafter, the Services) is online-based and online-supported services brought to the general public by Friends Of CNM. The Services represent a variety of products primarily delivered through CNM Cloud and designed to support patrons of Career Network Ministry beyond its face-to-face meetings.
Contents
Purposes
The Services:
- Are being created to help people find jobs, while having access to a multitude of online services;
- Provide online services of connecting, collaborating, access to training and knowledge/advice, access to recruiters;
- Also provide online access for the WorldOpp Fellow Staff to job seekers, volunteers, speakers, instructors, recruiters.
Services
Nets
- Main wikipage: CNM Nets
- CNM Nets is the Service that allows for management of groups and group spaces, as well as for user's identity and access management. This Service is not available to the general public; only those users who have obtained the CertAssociate role can access it.
- The primary purpose of CNM Nets is to accommodate a network of:
- Industry councils, which group those professionals who share their industries; and
- professional committees, which group those professionals who share their occupations.
- This Service is powered by CNM Netware, which backs a social network. Each Friends Of CNM community can have its own "space", which includes internal board, messaging, and private wiki engine.
Wikis
- Main wikipage: CNM Wikis
- CNM Wikis is the Service that allows for collaborative knowledge. This Service is available to the general public; its primary purpose is to accommodate the open-to-the-general-public development of the Services.
- As a result, any visitor of the World Wide Web, called NetAnyone, can access publicly-developed information related to the Career Network Ministry and Friends Of CNM, as well as vocational discovery, career building, and job search.
- This Service is powered by CNM Wikiware, which backs a collaborative knowledge system. CNM Cloud includes two other wiki engines, one is in CNM Nets and another in CNM Labs. However, CNM Nets' and CNM Labs' wiki engines are used to host private content only.
Certs
- Main wikipage: CNM Certs
- CNM Certs is the Service that allows for learning and certification management. The primary purpose of CNM Certs is to accommodate learning sequences and assessments.
- Free-of-charge courses and assessments of this Service are rarely available to the general public; only those users who have obtained the CertAssociate role can access it. Paid courses and assessments are available to those users who have obtained the NetConsumer role.
- This Service is powered by CNM Certware, which backs a learning management system and exam engine.
Sites

- CNM Sites is the Service that allows for public website management. The primary purpose of CNM Sites is to present the Services in the World Wide Web and to accommodate early interactions with prospective clients. This Service is powered by CNM Siteware. Each website is backed by a separate content management system.
Labs

- CNM Labs is the Service that allows for management of software development projects. The primary purpose of CNM Labs is to accommodate the private development of the Services. This Service is powered by CNM Labware, which backs a project management system, version control system, and file storage.
Mails

- CNM Mails is the Service that allows for management of emails. The primary purpose of CNM Mails is to accommodate emailing from and to the stakeholders of the Services. This Service is powered by CNM Mailware, which backs an email management system.
Videos

- CNM Videos is the Service that allows for video tagging, categorization, sequencing, and sharing. The primary purpose of CNM Videos is to accommodate user-friendly access to those videos that are relevant for vocation discovery, career administration, and/or job search. This Service is powered by CNM Videoshareware.

- CNM Сontacts is the Service that allows for collecting, categorizing, grooming, and sharing of current and prospective customers' data. Two purposes of CNM Сontacts are:
- To support relationships of the WorldOpp Fellow Staff with the Services stakeholders;
- To support relationships of the Service patrons with their prospective employers and job market intermediaries.
- This Service is powered by CNM Contactware, which backs multiple customer relationship systems. Some contact information is shared throughout all of the systems.

The development of the Services, which, in fact, is a CNM's digital transformation project, currently occurs under the CNM Cloud Project.
