CNM Essentials is the first lectio (or lesson part) in the Welcome to CNM lesson. The lesson itself is the fifth or last one in CNM Cyber Orientation. Consequently, the Orientation is the first stage of WorldOpp Pipeline.

Overview
Welcome to CNM Essentials. In this brief presentation, we are going to take a summarized look at CNM in terms of it's essential components like the "Team", "Structure", "Friends of CNM" and "CNM Services". This lesson is intended to serve you with basic knowledge about CNM, before you proceed further. Let's begin.
What CNM Is
The Career Network Ministry (also known by its acronym CNM; hereinafter, CNM) is the outreach team of McLean Bible Church in Northern Virginia, which goal is to provide caring support to individuals during career transitions. Also,the team welcomes any patron from any faith, or no faith, to take full advantage of its services, which are delivered by volunteers and are free to all the recipients of these services.
Goals and Objectives
- CNM's goal is to provide caring support to individuals during career transitions. They desire to encourage, equip and empower you to become all that God wants you to be.
- CNM provides:
- Ministry and support to anyone in a work life transition;
- Consultation and training for skill development, job search development to include resume development, job search techniques, networking and interviewing techniques;
- Career assessment, including consultation on discovering your spiritual gifts, talents, interests, experiences, and potential career options;
- In summary, assistance to support its patrons in finding their jobs.
