In this meeting we will talk about Guided Tours, CNM practice job, CNM Event Organizer wiki page developments and CNM Welcome webinar.

Coordinator's reports

• Gary: Worked on CNM Event Organizer, but stopped until the balance between CNM Tube, CNM Talk, and OBS Studio is found. Needs more insights in order to decide whether we can create a recording room. Will raise the issue with CNM Technology Board on 4/12/2023. Further, worked on the welcome pitch published on CNMCyber Welcome. Its idea is to briefly explain what CNMCyber offers. The CNMCyber brand will be used for recruitment only; career services will be featured only as onboarding support. Proposed Kevin to prepare CNM Cert and organize CNMCyber marketing campaign by the end of April. Rita and Sonya should work out events and practice assignments by that time. When we solve recruitment problems and have around 10 coordinators, we will work on career services that would be marketed as Careerprise. After that, paid Careerprise services would be offered to those who don't want to work and CNMCyber jobs would be offered to those who don't want to pay.
• Sonya: Worked on CNM Jitsi page. Started working with Rita, we worked on CNMCyber Welcome video, reviewed Website Developer and Website Projects wikipages, asked questions, and made suggestions for our This-Week series. Worked on a new Guided Tour of CNM Jitsi with Natalia.
• Kevin: Developed steps to record on OBS Studio. Prepared a script for CNMCyber Week 2023-03-09 meeting. Script development findings; Script development for a 35 minute meeting would take at least 5 hours. Started CNM Cert Preparation Sprint. The following observations were made; 1. I was able to create a new account and logged in CNM Cert successfully. 2. Locating the welcome course on CNM Cert was a challenge, Solution; Have the welcome Course on it's section. 3. Self Enrollment to the welcome course was successful.
