Friends Of CNM Cloud Administrator (hereinafter, the Admin) administers CNM Cloud Project (hereinafter, the Project).

Duties

Using CNM Wiki, the Admin:

1. Drafts CNM Cloud requirements and requests Gary Ihar to approve the developed CNM Cloud requirements.
2. Details business requirements for CNM Wiki, CNM Campus, Fixett, Opplet, and other parts of CNM Cloud included into the embryo phase of the Project, as well as requests Gary Ihar to approve the detailed business requirements.
3. Drafts solution requirements after the business requirements are approved and requests Gary Ihar to approve the developed solution requirements.
4. Organizes procurement of software after the CNM Cloud requirements and those solution requirements that are related to the specific software are approved. That duty includes:
   • Developing the procurement process that shall utilize Fixett as the place of transfer of the developed software from the vendors to Friends Of CNM;
   • Sourcing, selecting, and onboarding of vendors;
   • Solving emerging problems and arranging the negotiated payments.
