CNMC Event Administrator
CNMC Event Administrator (hereinafter, the Administrator) is the Educaship fellow working at WorldOpp Fellow Staff of Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Group) who virtually and/or onsite administers public events of the Group (hereinafter, the Events) and owns Opplet.
If the position is open and no Educaship fellow is available to fill it in, the Group may consider hiring an independent contractor instead of a WorldOpp fellow.

Events
The Staff is launching two types of public events: (a) paid and (b) free seminars.
Paid seminars

- The Staff considers 15-20 lectures of EmployableU Concepts and/or Educaship Fellowship collectively called CNMCyber events a month when they are ready to be offered to the general public at some charge. The target price is $10 per participant. The target audience is any paid customer who might join through a meetup group posting.
Free seminars

- The Staff considers a limited amount of free events collectively called CNMCyber events especially for trial-and-error purposes. Initially, all of the paid events are also going to be offered at no cost, but, while being developed, shall become paid events.

Job description
- The Administrator:
- Drafts the Event's strategy, including:
- Collects strategic ideas from the Staff's members;
- Analyzes the collected information and incorporates into strategic plans;
- Submits the strategic plans to Friends Of CNM for their approval or critique and follows up;
- Organizes the Events, including but not limited to:
- Creates guidelines for event organizing. Those guidelines shall clarify usage of graphics used, ways of wording (ensuring that there are no spell errors etc.), and messages for event announcement, event support, and event follow-ups. They shall be published on:
- The CNMCyber event wikipage for free events; and
- The Careerprise event wikipage for paid events;
- Based on the guidelines, serves as an event host assistant;
- Develops and publishes all materials such as texts, graphics, and videos related to the Events;
- Creates guidelines for event organizing. Those guidelines shall clarify usage of graphics used, ways of wording (ensuring that there are no spell errors etc.), and messages for event announcement, event support, and event follow-ups. They shall be published on:
- Promotes the Events in the Washington DC metro area, including but not limited to:
- Develops guidelines for promoting events;
- Publishes event announcements on CNMCyber Meetup group (hereinafter, the Group);
- Communicates with those members who chose to RSVP while sending pre-event, event, and post-event messages such as clarifications and additional info and answering members' queries on the Group;
- Manages public relations, including but not limited to:
- Serving as a point of contact for the public;
- Posting all related information to this CNM Wiki;
- Exercises any other legal and ethical duties in order to achieve Expected outcomes.

- Any Administrator shall comply with laws and policies of Friends Of CNM stated at Educaship partner.
Hiring
Qualifications
- The Administrator shall possess or be able to possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent listening, proactive research, and learning capacity;
- KSAs (knowledge, skills, and abilities) of the DREPD. Particularly, ability to:
- Ask questions and otherwise research the needs called requirements of the Events' clients in the enterprise discovery efforts;
- Structure and prioritize the requirements of the Events' clients in the enterprise research efforts;
- Design concepts of what needs to be done in order to satisfy the prioritized requirements of the Events' clients in the enterprise envisioning efforts;
- Plan the designed concepts to satisfy the prioritized requirements of the Events' clients in the enterprise planning efforts;
- Good English speaking and writing skills;
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in written formats especially demonstrated on the CNM Wiki;
- Willingness to jump to where ever is needed.
Selection
- The successful candidate will be:
- Until the selection quiz is created, initially selected on the basis of his or her ability to post one or more questions to this position's description;
- Substantively selected on the basis of his or her answer to the key selection question, What would you do first if hired?, and knowledge of this wikipage;
- Contingently selected on the basis of his or her qualifying performance.
Onboarding
- With regard to:
- Administrative KSAs, the successful candidate should be gradually onboarded through EmployableU Concepts, CNMCyber Bootcamps, and Educaship Fellowship;
- Event announcements, the successful candidate should join the CNMCyber Meetup group and notify Gary Ihar, who would promote him or her to an event organizer role.
Development
The Administrator's role needs to be clarified and further developed. The ideas for that development are expressed in the Roadmap.

- To participate in CNMCyber standups when they are launched in order to:
- Facilitate the further development;
- Develop the strategy and guidelines for the events;
- To launch a prototype of EmployableU Concepts and Educaship Fellowship lectures, as well as Wiki Editing Essentials session with objectives to:
- Further develop wiki-materials;
- Record the live sessions;
- Publish the recorded sessions on YouTube;
- Post links to the recorded sessions on the lecture notes of the wiki;
- To develop the rest nine outlines of CNMCyber Bootcamps sessions beyond Wiki Editing Essentials. Currently, just this first session is outlined and the rest nine are not. As soon as the rest of the sessions are outlined,
- To launch a prototype of the rest of CNMCyber Bootcamps sessions with objectives to:
- Further develop wiki-materials;
- Record the live sessions;
- Publish the recorded sessions on YouTube;
- Post links to the recorded sessions on the session notes of the wiki;
- To get into routine operations and, particularly, to:
- Launch EmployableU Concepts and CNMCyber Bootcamps in order to recruit learners for WorldOpp incubator; and
- Launch Educaship Fellowship in order to generate income.
