Educaship Fellowship (hereinafter, the Fellowship) is the pre-employment training that Friends Of CNM delivers to those who matriculated into WorldOpp and are either employees of or going to be employees of Educaship Alliance LLC.

Since all Educaship fellows serve as apprentices, the Placement could also be defined as a pre-apprenticeship training designed for WorldOpp. The Fellowship is the third stage of WorldOpp Pipeline. Careerprise Employment is its successor.

   Educaship is #The Pitcher's #Product line of market exchangeables that resulted from strategic partnerships with various educational institutions and employers. The educa- beginning of the term stands for education, while the -ship ending does so for #Apprenticeships. In addition to the partnerships, the line includes #Educaship Fellowship and signature website, Educaship.com.

Educaship (hereinafter, the Fellowship; also known as ternary education) is the workforce development fellowship that combines education, career administration, and apprenticeship and that the Friends Of CNM designs, produces, and markets in collaboration with educational institutions; in other words, the Fellowship is a blend of learning and work, which is designed to prepare knowledgeable, skilled, capable, and employable workforce.

The Fellowship is brought to the general public by Friends Of CNM. Currently, only Careerprise Employment, which is the Fellowship related to project management, information technology, leadership, data analysis, and DevOps, is available. Its purpose is to prepare Information Technology Project Managers. Educaship fellows are the participants of the Fellowship.

Components

In order to prepare knowledgeable, skilled, capable, and employable workforce, three components are vital. They are (1) relevant education, (b) professional experience, and (c) work on those projects that are specifically focused on careers.

Education

The formal education component, which is a part of the Fellowship, may consist of one or more parts, one of which is mandatory:
  1. (Core) Educaship Fellowship, which is a pre-apprenticeship training required prior to the apprenticeship component;
  2. (Elective) GED program , which shall allow obtaining the GED credential when this credential is elected;
  3. (Elective) Certificate program, which shall allow obtaining an educational certificate when this credential is elected;
  4. (Elective) Associate degree program, which shall allow obtaining an associate degree when this credential is elected;
  5. (Elective) Bachelor's degree program, which shall allow obtaining a Bachelor's degree when this credential is elected;
  6. (Elective) Master's degree program, which shall allow obtaining a Master's degree when this credential is elected;
  7. (Elective) Terminal degree program, which shall allow obtaining a terminal degree when this credential is elected.
All degree programs above shall be delivered by partnering educational institutions, which shall be regionally-accredited.

Registered apprenticeship

Apprenticeship is one of two informal education components of the Fellowship. This apprenticeship may consist of two or more parts:
  1. (Core) Professional experience, which is entry-level employment in the fields of learning;
  2. (Core) On-the-job training, which is primarily delivered by mentors.
Since this apprenticeship is going to be registered, the graduates from the Fellowship are expected to receive a credential from the United States Department of Labor.

Career-focused projects

Career-focused projects address two objectives. Altogether with apprenticeship, working on these projects is an informal education component of the Fellowship. However, those projects that are specifically focused on careers by their definition primarily target employability. Depending on individual situations, these projects may include one or more of the following, one of which is mandatory:
  1. (Core) Job marketing research including assessment of:
    • Individual's aptitudes, values, and specifics; as well as
    • Job market opportunities;
  2. (Optional) Practitioner's certifications including:
  3. (Optional) Employment-focused networking including building networks of:
    • Target industry professionals;
    • Target occupation practitioners; and/or
    • Employees of target employers;
  4. (Optional) Career marketing campaigns including:

The interested usually start out as WorldOpp Fellow Candidates and later they gradually move to WorldOpp Lead Candidate, and, further, to Educaship fellow roles working as a problem manager, project manager, business analyst, business developer, product owner, Tech Lead, and/or Scrum Master.

Length

Since the Fellowship is designed to include 4+-year degrees, its length can be 4 years or more. However, most of the Fellows land permanent jobs that pay more than $1,000 a month in 9 months.

Learning features

Objective

Due to the fast changing technology scenario, Friends Of CNM need to ensure that their employees go through quality training that provides cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and practical remote experience in a limited time frame. The accelerated Fellowship is a boon considering the time and budget constraints most enterprises juggle with.
