CNM Social

CNM Nets (hereinafter, the Nets) is the combination of social networking system and user management system of the Career Network Ministry (CNM). The Nets is the service of CNM Cyber that allows for management of groups and group spaces, as well as for user's identity and access management.

The CNM Cyber Team designs and the Friends Of CNM delivers the Nets to its users at absolutely no cost. This Service is not available to the general public; only those users who have obtained the CertAssociate role can access it.

Purpose

The primary purpose of the Nets is to accommodate a social network of:

• Industry councils, which group those professionals who share their industries; and
• professional committees, which group those professionals who share their occupations.

This Service is powered by CNM Netware, which backs a social networking system. Each Friends Of CNM community can have its own "space", which includes internal board, messaging, and private wiki engine.

User permissions

With regard to Opplet roles:

• Any NetAnyone shall be able to:
  1. Access the engagement page.
  2. Get enrolled into the WorldOpp Orientation using the Opplet.net Registration. In order to do so, one is supposed to (a) fill in one's credentials including (1) login name, (2) password, and, (3) optionally, email address and (b) submit one's credentials.
• Any NetConsumer shall be able to manage one's subscription.
• Any CertUser shall be able to manage one's participation in Friends Of CNM communities.
• Any CertAssociate shall be be able to create a new Friends Of CNM community.
