What Pipeline Is (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the lesson part of the CNM Cyber Essentials lesson that introduces its participants to CNM Cyber. This lesson belongs to the Introduction to CNM Cyber session of the CNM Cyber Welcome Course.
Content
The predecessor lectio is Joint Cyber Services.
Key terms
- WorldOpp Pipeline. The five-stage process that a not-job-ready individual goes through in order to land his or her job using the WorldOpp programme.
- CNM Cyber Welcome Course. The course that is designed to onboard potential customers to CNM Cyber.
- CNM Cyber Orientation. The introduction to employment, recruitment, careers, and education that the CNM Cyber Team designs and the Friends Of CNM delivers to the patrons of the Career Network Ministry (CNM) and the general public.
- CNM Cyber Placement. The combination of learning content delivery and practical instruction that is designed to place its participants into CNM Cloud or IT Project Coordinator positions.
- WorldOpp Bootcamp. The course in enterprise administration designed by Bracka School and also delivered through Bracka Leadership Academy as the pre-apprenticeship training for WorldOpp fellows.
- WorldOpp Employment. The process in which graduates from WorldOpp Bootcamp start out as apprentices working at the WorldOpp Fellow Staff and gradually move to independent work for their own companies and/or other employers.
Script
- WorldOpp Pipeline is the backbone of the WorldOpp programme. The CNM Cyber Team also uses its first three stages of that pipeline to onboard its staffers.
- The pipeline consists of the Welcome Course -- you are here, -- followed by the Orientation. Its graduates are granted the user access to all CNM Cyber services at no cost. If the graduates choose to join the Team, he or she needs to take the CNM Cyber Placement.
- The Friends Of CNM, not the CNM Cyber Team, runs the last two stages. The WorldOpp Bootcamp is factually pre-apprenticeship training and WorldOpp Employment is a blend of apprenticeship, career administration, and education.
- The WorldOpp Employment starts with the in-house employment meaning that the participant initially work as a fellow on CNM Cyber. Later, the participant moves to the assisted employment meaning that the participant works outside of the team, but is still closely supported by the team. Finally, the participant moves to the independent work.
- Every new stage depends on the completion of the previous one, but any participant can leave the programme at any time. Actually, the participants often land regular employment while in the programme.
What CNM Cloud Is is the successor lectio.
