Overview
- Welcome to WorldOpp Opportunities. In this brief presentation, we are going to take a look at what WorldOpp has to offer to anyone who is interested in its opportunities. Let's rock.
What WorldOpp is
- WorldOpp Opportunity is the economic development program that features workforce development, employment and entrepreneurial support and this program is delivered by Friends of CNM worldwide.
- There are two main groups of services WorldOpp Financing and WorldOpp Fellowship. To see the difference, let’s get back to the table under WorldOpp Opportunities page, the table include also Careerprice separately. With regard to WorldOpp Pipeline, it’s the same for every one of these groups. Careerprice customers can also access partner services which are not available for WorldOpp Financing or WorldOpp Fellowship.
- The main difference comes when we get to associated costs. Career price customers are responsible for all the payments, in WorldOpp Financing, customers are responsible for payments as well but their responsibility is not as strict as for Careerprice. Their payment is basically contingent, contingent on the job which they will land and if they don`t land a job something happens they are not responsible for payments at all. WorldOpp Fellowship is very different. Here all the costs are paid by donors, so people will not be responsible, people who are enrolled in this program cannot be responsible for any payment at all.
- For careerprice financing is available, maybe available but this is like a partner financing where WorldOpp Financing is in-house financing which means that you don`t need to be approved by anyone else outside of Friends Of CNM. Another key difference is when it comes to available schedule, for WorldOpp Financing and WorldOpp Fellowship those who participate in this program they need to be committed full time and for Careerprice it depends, it is a service and whatever is available can be adjusted.
Fellowship
- Looking more into WorldOpp Fellowship, what this means. It doesn’t mean that you are not responsible for payments generally but its vise versa. When you are in the program you can be supported. If you get to the WorldOpp Bootcamp, you are a part of the incubator. You can be given a WorldOpp stipend which is money to support you while you learn. Even before you get to the employment you can be given internship which is a paid internship available for WorldOpp Fellows which can support you while you are learning and not ready to get employed through the WorldOpp Program yet.
- For WorldOpp Program recipients, computers can be available, starting once again if you are enrolled. If you get to the incubator, if you get to the bootcamp a computer or any other device like a smartphone, laptop can be available as well.
- Another thing is WorldOpp grant which basically happens like here when you graduate from the bootcamp and you would like to launch your enterprise. For WorldOpp Financing recipients, money available but this money is coming as investments, you need to get someone on the board, someone who will be a core owner with you, in the WorldOpp Fellowship program, it’s a grant. The money that is not supposed to be returned.
