CNM Cloud Endeavor (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the lesson part of the Digital Transformations lesson that introduces its participants to the development of CNM Cyber. This lesson belongs to the Introduction to CNM Cyber session of the CNM Cyber Welcome Course.

Key terms
- CNM Cloud Project. The endeavor that has been undertaken to create CNM Cloud. This project was started in 2014 and is currently in its third phase called CNM Cloud Usable.
- CNM Cloud Usable. The third phase of CNM Cloud Project; the phase goal is to upgrade all the software systems of CNM Cloud up to the sustainable minimum viable product (MVP) level.

- Generally speaking, the development of CNM Cyber is a living endeavor. It consists of several projects, most of which are interrelated.
- No single Service hasn't been fully operational yet, but, eventually, CNM Cyber shall become a completely functional career enhancement platform. Out of all twenty-two services that are expected, nineteen are minimally operational. The rest three still need to be launched. You are welcome to contribute your part as an employee, contractor, or volunteer.
- The CNM Cloud Project is the primary of those projects. This endeavor is undertaken in order to develop CNM Cloud, which is the information technology behind CNM Cyber services.
- The CNM Cloud Project is divided into five phases and has just entered into its third phase called CNM Cloud Usable. The overall completion of CNM Cloud is estimated at 45% as of early 2020. 80% of cloud completion is estimated to be needed in order to launch the complete CNM Cyber platform.
- The development occurs in two development hubs. CNM Wiki is used to develop product epics, epic stories, user stories, and other requirements. All of those requirements are literally documents. CNM Lab is used to develop viable software and the services that that software powers.

Development of WorldOpp

- WorldOpp Project. An endeavor undertaken to create WorldOpp.
- WorldOpp.org. The official website of WorldOpp that yet needs to be designed.
- CNM Cyber event. Any event designed and/or organized by one or more CNM Cyber event hosts that is absolutely free to its participants to attend.
- CNM Cyber roundtable. Any CNM Cyber event organized in order to discuss advancements of Friends Of CNM and/or brainstorm solutions for the challenges that it faces.
- CNM Cyber standup. Any CNM Cyber event that is a stand-up meeting in which attendees, Friends Of CNM, participate while standing. The discomfort of standing for long periods is intended to keep the standup short.
- CNM Cyber seminar. Any CNM Cyber event that is educational in its nature and used to attract attention to Friends Of CNM and their services.
