CNM Cyber for Action (hereinafter, the Session) is a learning session introducing its participants to CNM Action Suite. The Session consists of two lessons, each of which is made of three to five lesson parts, called lectios. Every lectio includes a presentation and a quiz. The official version of the Session is published at CNM Cert. Its materials are also published at CNM Page, CNM Talk, CNM Wiki, and various channels for marketing and convenience purposes.
The Session is the third of four sessions of the CNM Cyber Welcome Course.

Action Suite Essentials

- Among services of Action Suite, CNM Mail and CNM Venture are for your personal use and CNM Linkup is for the common use. CNM Social and, in the future, CNM Talk are your tools to socialize with others.
- CNM Venture is an enterprise resource planning ecosystem (or ERP ecosystem), which is a combination of systems such as CRM that their customers can use in a personal way. In a nutshell, CNM Venture shall equip its customers to handle their marketing actions, budgeting, and/or everything that regular enterprises do. If the user chooses to launch his or her own business, he or she can use CNM Venture for e-commerce, and so on.
- CNM Linkup is a customer relationship management system (also known as CRM system), which its users can particularly utilize in their job searches. Its database shall be populated with relevant information such as recruiters' contact and employers' practice ones.
- That is correct, one CRM system is a part of CNM Venture and another one is delivered as the CNM Linkup service. Although these systems are similar, their functions vary. CNM Venture is your personal toolkit and CNM Linkup's database can be accessed by many. In that way, you should be able to use CNM Linkup to extend your CNM Venture contact list.
- Similarly, CNM Cyber includes two different project management systems. Projects are temporary endeavors undertaken in order to create a unique deliverable such as service, feature, or result. Project management systems usually help its users to visualize their endeavor, plan and control its implementation, as well as to coordinate in several developers are involved.
- The project management system that is a part of CNM Lab supports software development projects. At least two people are involved in each. One person, a project coordinator, represents the project owner. Another person, a project contractor, creates the project deliverable or deliverables. The coordinators provide the contractors with the project requirements and control whether the contractors implement all those requirements.
- Another project management system, which is a part of CNM Venture, can support your personal projects such as job search ones. When you look for a better job, you most likely play both the project owner and project implementer roles.
- CNM Mail shall handle emails of CNM Cyber users. Every user of CNM Cyber in good standing shall get his or her own email account, as well as their access to CNM Linkup and CNM Venture. The good standing status assumes that the user has successfully completed this welcome course and uses CNM Cyber services regularly.

- CNM Social is the social networking system that CNM Cyber brings to you as a service. Social networking systems are usually designed to help people build relationships with other people who share similar activities, backgrounds, interests, or real-life connections.
- CNM Social may resemble other social networking systems such as Facebook or LinkedIn. You can post, comment, follow, like, and connect with others at CNM Social.
- CNM Social facilitates a social network of those people who use CNM Cyber. Those people can participate in this network through online communities called "spaces." CNM Social provides every community space with its announcement board and messaging feature. Each community space can also have its private wikipages.
- Some spaces are open to everyone and you are welcome to join any of those in order to post your questions, share your experiences, or get in touch with someone else. Spaces provide their members with private wikipages and file-sharing tools. So, communities can share documents, media files, discuss them, and collaborate on new documents. CNM Social also allows for sharing the selected space content with non-registered users, known as NetAnyones at CNM Cyber.
- If you don't know where to start, you can take advantage of the "Welcome Space". To discuss anything related to CNM Cyber and/or to access its administrators, you can join the special space called CNM Cyber User Community. If you speak not only English, you can also explore those spaces that are designed for those users who speak languages rather than English.
- CNM Cyber community. Any group of CNM friends who share their either industry or occupation and who have organized that group in order to exchange career-oriented information and, possibly, services, among the members of that group. Any CNM friend can initiate a new community or apply for joining an existing community.
- CNM Cyber professional committee. A CNM Cyber community grouped on a basis of the target occupations of its members.
- CNM Cyber industry council. A CNM Cyber community grouped on a basis of the industries its members work in or would like to work in.
- CNM Cyber Community Board. The CNM Cyber industry council that groups professionals working in the industries related to workforce services, specifically, in workforce development, recruitment, and career administration. The Board's purposes are:
- to discover and analyze trends in workforce services;
- to compare the findings and existing services of CNM; as well as
- to design and plan for those services that are promising, but not currently delivered by CNM to its patrons.
- CNM Cyber Community Board. The CNM Cyber industry council that groups professionals working in the industries related to workforce services, specifically, in workforce development, recruitment, and career administration. The Board's purposes are:
- Social networking, or, simply networking, is the key for most of career-enhancement and job search endeavors. That is the reason for why CNM Social belongs to the Action Suite.
- At CNM Social, you should ideally find spaces and users you are interested in. CNM Social features its special directory to help you to search. Developers behind CNM Social envision special communities dedicated to various industries and occupations.
- CNM Social also allows you to set up your social profile, which can be your digital business card for the other users of CNM Social.
CNM Cyber for Experience is the successor session.
