CNMCT Essentials is the last lectio (or lesson part) in the Welcome to CNM lesson. The lesson itself is the fifth or last in CNM Cyber Orientation. Consequently, the Orientation is the first stage of WorldOpp Pipeline.

What CNMCT Is?

The CNM Cyber Team (previously known as CNM Tech Skills Training Team, and CNM Tech Team; also known by an acronym CNMCT; hereinafter, the Team) is the team of the Career Network Ministry (CNM) that provides CNM with a bundle of online and onsite services collectively called CNM Cyber.
In actual operation , there are two teams that develop CNM Cyber. You don't have to, but are welcome to join any of them.
- The WorldOpp Fellow Staff represents employees of the Friends Of CNM. This team hires independent software developers too. If you choose to join that team, you should take the WorldOpp Orientation upon your completion of this welcome course.
- The CNM Cyber Team is a group of volunteers of CNM. The CNM Cyber Orientation is the prerequisite for its candidates.
In fact, CNM Cyber is one single department of Career Network Ministry that is the closest to the Friends Of CNM.
CNM Volunteers

CNM Volunteer is a volunteer for the Career Network Ministry(CNM). In fact, CNM Cyber Team is a group of volunteers of CNM. Volunteer graduates become CNM IT Project Coordinators; CNM Cloud Project Coordinators are entry-level titles of apprentices.

CNM Cyber Team constitutes CNM Technology Board, CNM IT Office, and CNM IT Taskforce. Here is how they operate.
Board

- The CNM Technology Board defines the strategy of the Team through its approval or disapproval of CNM Cyber, CNM Cloud, and CNM Cyber Transformation.
Taskforce

- The CNM IT Taskforce unites those volunteers who are involved into generating requirements for CNM Cyber, CNM Cloud, and CNM Cyber Transformation.
Office

- The CNM IT Office manages the CNM Cyber Transformation projects. Its day-by-day operations include support for both CNM Technology Board and CNM IT Taskforce.
Organizational Culture and Operations
DevOps
- In order to provide CNM with CNM Cyber, the Team:
- Decides on:
- Portfolio of services to be designed, developed, and maintained. This portfolio is called CNM Cyber;
- Bundle of software that support CNM Cyber. This bundle is called CNM Cloud; as well as
- Collection of endeavors that shall be undertaken in order to design, develop, and maintain CNM Cyber within the fundraised budget. This collection is collectively called the CNM Cyber Transformation and particularly includes CNM Cloud Project.
- Clarifies requirements for CNM Cyber, CNM Cloud, and CNM Cyber Transformation. The body that is responsible for clarifications and other ad hoc activities is called the CNM IT Taskforce;
- Manages projects and operations that CNM Technology Board has approved, while:
- Implementing the requirements for CNM Cyber, CNM Cloud, and CNM Cyber Transformation; and
- Commonly, hiring third-party vendors.
- Decides on:
- The Team may also exercise other operations depending on its members' career needs.
Services
CNM Cyber Team commitedly works on CNM Cyber service which is CNM app that end-users of CNM Cyber can use to learn, land better jobs, and/or better position themselves on the job market. These are purposed for :
- Employment placement - A service of placing a worker into a job.
- Learning activity - Something that a learner does or is offered to do for his or her learning.
- Professional credential - An employment credential that specifically refers to one's professional capacity
CNM Cyber service is divided into :
CNM Cyber in-house service
CNM Cyber in-house service. Any service that CNM Cyber solely manages. Their purpose is for :
- Education acquisition in the form of one's knowledge, skills and abilities knows as (KSA).
- Career administration
- Employment project support.
CNM Cyber joint service
Any service that CNM Cyber designs, produces, and/or markets in collaboration with Careerprise partners.
- Careerprise. A one-stop shop for career services that the Friends Of CNM brings to patrons of the Career Network Ministry (CNM) and the general public.
- WorldOpp. The economic development programme that features workforce development, employment, and entrepreneurial support
Target Audience and Objectives
Following are the main CNM Cyber Team's target audience. You may refer to the main wiki page for more details about audience in terms of dedicated objectives and services.
- Worktime sellers, both:
- Current such as employees, employment candidates, and representatives employable workforce; and
- Potential such as school students and unemployable workforce.
- Job-market intermediaries including:
- Workforce service providers such as educational institutions.
- Those enterprises such as employment agencies, staffing firms, temporary staffing providers, and headhunters that are involved in outsourced recruitment.
- Those government organizations, non-profit corporations, and social groups which goal is assistance to worktime sellers, employers, or both.
- Employers such as operational organizations and startup businesses.
