The CNM Cyber Welcome Course (or, simply, Welcome Course; formerly known as CNM Cyber Welcome Session; hereinafter, the Course) is a set of learning activities designed to onboard potential customers to the CNM Cyber's managed learning environment. The Course serves as the prerequisite to both the CNM Cyber Team and WorldOpp Fellow Staff designed to onboard its future staff members.
Currently, the Course is published at CNM Cert; however, its first activity shall be also available at CNM Page when that content management system is available. The Course offering is a vital part of WorldOpp Sourcing.

Curriculum
Activities
- The Course is made up of:
- Preview lesson, which consists of three parts,
- Exam preparation lesson, which consists of twelve parts, and
- Entrance exam, which consists of twenty questions.
Outline
Goals
- Goals of the Course are:
- To give the participants enough data to decide whether they are interested in further enrolling into WorldOpp; and
- If the participants are interested in WorldOpp, to guide the Aspirants in adjusting to the organizational culture of Friends Of CNM. For the Aspirants, the Course is an introductory stage in the process of the Aspirants's assimilation, and a part of his or her continuous socialization process within Friends Of CNM.
Educational objectives
- For every participant, educational objectives are providing introductory knowledge about Friends Of CNM and general workforce services including recruitment, career administration, and workforce development. At the end of the Course, those participants who have decided to continue, shall also know where they are, the direction they are facing, and the way they shall be able to go.
Sought outcomes
- The Course is followed by WorldOpp Orientation that is required for the Aspirant's placement into a WorldOpp incubator. So, any decision -- a go or no go -- is the primary outcome. If the Course prompts "a go," other major outcomes that this Course seeks to find are to:
- Gain commitment of the Aspirants;
- Reduce anxiety of the Aspirants;
- Help the Aspirants understand expectations of the Friends Of CNM and its motivations; and
- Convey what the Aspirants can expect from the Friends Of CNM.

Next Step Q&As (optional)
- This activity is optional; that means one can graduate without it. That activity is more like a bonus -- those who achieved a particular score can ask direct questions about next steps. This is the only part of the Course, which materials haven't been developed at CNM Wiki prior to moving to CNM Cert.
