Friends Of CNM's trade mark

CNM Wikis (previously known as CNM Wiki; hereinafter, this Wikis) is the open-to-the-public collaborative knowledge system of the Career Network Ministry (CNM). The Wikis is the service of CNM Digital that allows for public collaborative knowledge.

The CNM Digital Services designs and the Friends Of CNM delivers this Wikis to the general public at absolutely no cost. That particularly means that the Friends Of CNM pays all the bills associated with the costs of both developing this Wikis and keeping it up and running 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.


Services

Most notably, this Wikis is instrumental for WorldOpp services and those Careerprise services that are offered at no cost to its customers.

Collection of learning materials

This Wikis is home of several learning materials, most notably, the complete set of lecture notes for courses of WorldOpp:
  1. WorldOpp Orientation, which is the introduction to Friends Of CNM and its services that is designed for aspiring WorldOpp candidates;
  2. WorldOpp Placement Seminar, which is the practical seminar that Friends Of CNM designs in order to place aspiring WorldOpp candidates into an WorldOpp incubator;
  3. WorldOpp Bootcamp, which is the pre-employment training for any WorldOpp fellow; Septem Artes Administrativi is its curriculum; and
  4. WorldOpp Fellow Curriculum, which is formal training in accounting, entrepreneurship, information technology, project management, etc. designed to complement employment and on-the-job training of WorldOpp fellows.
Other materials include those for CNM PMP Bootcamp and other courses that are administered by Bracka School.

Collaborative knowledge system

Generally, this Wikis can host any information related to vocational training, career administration, employment search, job landing, and employment itself. Particularly, this Wikis makes those text, audio, video, and graphic materials that are related to Friends Of CNM and not confidential be publicly-accessible on a single platform. Friends Of CNM utilizes Fixett for its private data especially the one that is sensitive to cyber-security threats.

Workspace

This Wikis serves as workspace for WorldOpp fellows.

Active learning environment

This Wikis serves as the primary active learning environment for WorldOpp candidates.

Outreach resource

Finally, this Wikis serves Friends Of CNM, possibly attracting World Wide Web visitors to become its potential customers and employees.

CNM Wikis vs Wikipedia

Although this Wikis utilizes the software initially developed for Wikipedia and, thus, looks similar, these two sources of knowledge vary significantly. The following table represent some differences.

This Wikis is empowered by the CNM Wikiware, which is the CNM app that is comprised of an MediaWiki instance supported by CNM Platform. Consult the User's Guide for information on using MediaWiki. Any CNM app is a part of CNM Cloud. CNM Cloud Project is the endeavor to further develop this group's technology.
